What to expect?
We make it a point to inform you about our fees and costs in a transparent manner.
Our services are subjected to VAT.
The first meeting will be charged at a fixed fee of €120.00 including VAT. This includes a first consultation by phone or e-mail and the first meeting, during which we will advise you and determine with you the best possible approach regarding your case.
After this first meeting, which may take place at our offices, by phone or by videoconference, the lawyers you chose to defend your interests will charge you according to the hourly rate and the costs provided for in their terms and conditions, that they will make available to you.
When appropriate, a fixed fee may be agreed upon for whole or part of the case.

What is a retainer fee?
The lawyers will request the payment of a retainer fee before beginning their work. A retainer fee is a down payment that must be made for the completion of future services. The lawyers will make sure that they are provided with sufficient funds throughout the management of the case. Retainer fees will be deducted from the final amount of costs and fees when closing the file.
Unless expressly agreed by the lawyer, no services will be provided until the first retainer fee is paid in full.
